How much of my team’s time will it take to set up and implement?

We offer a streamlined path to launch specifically designed to put the heavy lifting on the TasteAdvisor team and allow your team room to learn and strategize. We can have you live in just over 3 months, and we’ll be with you the whole way, before, during, and after launch. Check out our onboarding page for more details.

We aren’t very technical. Is this going to be hard to understand?

Not at all! TasteAdvisor Explorer is designed to be very easy to use. In most cases, if you can fill out a form, you have all the skills you need. In addition, we have a robust knowledgebase of common activities. If you encounter anything that makes you unsure, our team is standing by to help you.

What does “white-labeled” mean?

“White-labeled” is a term used to describe a product that can be branded to an organization and presented as their own. In the case of TasteAdvisor Explorer, we ensure the platform looks like your brand and contains only content from your region.

We are so busy already. We don’t want this to make more work for us. Will this add to what we need to manage?

The Explorer is designed to give control and autonomy to each of the wineries and organizations you invite to join. Each organization receives its own management profile and a personal login. They can manage their profile, add and delete staff, and control their wine lists. As a wine region, you will receive administrative access, giving you ultimate control over the whole region.

We release new wines every year. How do we make updates?

Part of your partnership with TasteAdvisor means our team performs biannual data updates to ensure your wine lists are current. Your wineries will each have their own personal management login allowing them to make updates to their wines, winery information, and staff in real time and to respond to changing circumstances.

What happens if we need help?

Each client is assigned a personal account manager. The manager is available to answer questions, attend monthly strategy meetings, and share best practices. In addition, our team handles all support requests from your consumers via email.
